Article X - RHA Memorandum Format
A) All memos representing RHA in some capacity will include the following information:
    1) to whom the memo is directed
    2) the name and title of the author of the memo
    3) the date
    4) the subject matter
    5) the body text
    6) a closing statement
B) All written material must be proofread by an advisor

Article XI - Publicity
A) All publicity representing RHA in any manner will contain the following information and will be hung one week in advance:
    1) what is being advertised
    2) where it is taking place
    3) when it is to occur
    4) "Sponsored by RHA" or equivalent
    5) other necessary information
B) Publicity must be proofread by an advisor.
