MACURH
101 (Student Union 313)
Presented
by Rexann Whorton and
Tamera Dunn
MACURH 101 is designed for representatives and delegates
who are fairly new to regional and national involvement. You will learn more about how the region
works and what it means to be a part of it. We will also provide information about
how to get involved with the region and what the region can do for you and your
school as a student and a leader.
MACURH
201 (Siceluff 411)
Presented
by Sammy Nabulsi and Alex Debner
MACURH 201, presented by current members of the
Regional Board of Directors (RBD), will provide experienced delegates with a
deeper, yet general, understanding of the Midwest Affiliate of College and University
Residence Halls (MACURH).
Spectators will be introduced to the financial wing of MACURH, learn how
to further engage themselves as returning members of the organization, develop
ways to assist new and first-time delegates, and listen to the testimony of the
current RBD regarding the future of the organization and the direction in which
it is heading.

For RBD (Siceluff 320)

with their different options for positional opportunities, and then dive into
the bid writing and presentation process.
Attendees will leave the program with a deep understanding of the duties
of all positions, the requirements of the written bid, an understanding of the
direction of the region, and learn about bidding online for RBD positions.

develop your parliamentary procedure skills in this mock boardroom setup.
