Article I - Meeting Times and Places A)
The General Assembly (GA) shall meet on Monday, 4-6 PM, excluding final exam
week and vacation periods. Everyone who lives in the residence halls is welcome
to attend and participate in RHA.
B) Meeting shall be held in PSU 313 unless other circumstances should arise.
Article II - Meeting Format A) The RHA
General Assembly shall meet on a weekly basis. Attendance is recorded each week
by the Administrative Aide.
B) The residence halls and building associations represented in the General
Assembly shall include the Apartment Community Council, Blair-Shannon House,
Freudenberger House, Hammons House, Hutchens House, Kentwood Hall, Scholars
House, Wells House, and Woods House

Guest Speakers
Guest speakers may present if previously approved by the President. They are
allowed five (5) minutes for speaking but may be allotted more time if
necessary. The President shall regulate the speaker’s presentation time.

Motions dealing with issues previously reviewed by and/or reported to the
General Assembly are discussed, debated, and voted on at this time.

1)
Motions to adopt supportive grant proposals, residence
hall improvement resolutions, or other proposals may be made at this time.
2)
Motions are discussed and points of inquiry may be made
of the motion authors, but the motions are not debated or voted upon until the
following General Assembly meeting.
