We, the members of this organization, do ordain the Constitution of the Residence Hall Association of Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri, as the Constitution for the members of the Residence Hall Association, in accordance with the rules and regulations of Missouri State University, the laws of the state of Missouri, and the laws of the United States of America.
