Reporting Procedures

Article XIV - Program Reports and Documentation
A) One week after each activity or event, a summary report is submitted and approved by the appropriate Executive Board member.
B) These reports discuss the overall successes and failures of each activity or event. These reports also include suggestions on how to improve the activity or event in the future.
C) These reports should be submitted to the programming database.

Article XV - Use of Monthly Reports
A) Each Executive Board member creates a Monthly Report outlining activities, issues, events, and goals to be carried out over the course of the month.
B) The format of the Monthly Report shall include the following: goals set for the current month, accomplishments of the previous month, improvements to be made for the next month, goals for the next month, and dates and deadlines for the upcoming month.
C) These are designed with the help and input of the appropriate committee and the Advisor.

Article XVI - RHA Website
A) The RHA Website shall be located at http://organizations.missouristate.edu/rha.
B) The Internal Communications Coordinator shall have supervision over the website.
